Hello.

I used to make handmade envelope in the book art class at my art school and stop making after finished the class, but I kind of motivated again to make them again... So I will post here...

Would any body out there in the world like to me to send them a large card from a series I am currently working on that uses philosophical texts in the art. Spinoza to be exact. Am always looking to expand my list of friends and my list of addresses of those that want to exchange. I might be a bit random but I do like to send art to those that would appreciate it the most.

I want to experiment more...

I just sent them out but the postoffice said Australia is strict about content and design on envelope because they consider us sending there vegetation in mail. They suggested me to re-packed and put in the regular envelope. (it was regular envelope but I wrapped up with ad paper) so I sent as more simple with some stamps. 

But after I told to the sender in OZ, she said it is not true and she send or get any kind of envelopes. 

I would like to know if any countries have strict rules of contents or the design of the envelops? (disregards of weapons and drugs that we already know in common.... )

Katerina sent me a fascinating black-and-white envelope from Greece. It seems to be an inside of an other envelope, and I wonder how the makers could have invented a zentangled pattern like this.
Still fascinating, I like it!
