Orange lovers

When I was preparing this mail to send to two Orange lovers, I found out that there still is no IUOMA-group for Orange lovers.

So here it is! If Orange is your favourite colour, and if you want to share Orange mail with the world: join!

(by the way, my favourite colour is Turquoise...)

If anyone receives an "Orange Sandpo" (with sandpaper) from me,

PLEASE do NOT place directly on scanner!

Use a piece of clear plastic before the sandpaper

will SCRATCH! Oh, dear! Forgot to write that on my mail art  :-(

My camera and downloading...or uploading, or whatever,

makes my "orange" art more red, too, Heleen :-(

But if you get an original, you'll know that it is ORANGE

(well, some are a bit red-orange?)

Beautiful sandpaper art, Katerina! And also beautiful works by Angie, Anu, Lynn, and an interesting comment by Richard (and addition by MomKat).

Still I have to post my newly received Orange here (Anu, Carina, Vizma, Angie (with pink), Katerina, all who sent: Thank You!). However my scanner appears to turn orange into red (probably he/she prefers other colours), so I have to think about an other way to show it here. To be continued.

I'm glad we keep on learning. I didn't know Josef and Ann Albers until now, but thanks to RC and KN I do. Or better say: I didn't know that I did know Josef Albers' works. Bauhaus is wellknown of course (and I used to have a vinyl record of an other Bauhaus in the 80s) and I've seen the artwork, but the link to Albers was missing in my brains so far.
Regarding Josef Albers' art work: in his squares we can see some orange, too!
