Three more for our forthcoming Exhibition.

This one is called 'Union Jack 1':

And this is called 'Triple Tricoleur':

Last is 'Union Jack 11', but as that's not a very interestying title*, I'll call it Union Val'. Why should 'Jack get all the glory after all? Anyway, who is 'Jack' when he's all at home?**

* 'That's not a very "interesting" title either, Val'

** I don't really want to know about Jack, so there's really no need to go and ask Mr Wick-Ed P. Dia about him, nor to repeat what he says here: thank you.

VINYL ART EXHIBITION.

A big package arrived at the weekend with 4 incredible Vinyl Art pieces from Dean.

Here they are....and  thanks a million, Dean.

1.'In our Generation, Baby'.

2. Bal de Paris (complete with Eiffel Tower, can-can girls etc -- another night on the town for Dean, no doubt)

3. 'Can you handle Handel?' (complete with a collection of handles!)

4. 'Oiseaux des champs et des jardins...' [Birds of the fields and the gardens...] (Birds? There are little dinosaurs in the bird houses! There must be strange wild-life in Paris these days. Don't say it...Dean is in the UK right now)

I have no idea how I can hang these up at the Médiathèque. Perhaps they'll be exhibited in a display case?

I now have 25 vinyl pieces from y'all. Merci beaucoup.

And I have about 70 of my own vinyl artworks.

It looks like I'll get to a 100!

Lorella: yes, but you must be very quick as the closing date is 1 April (and I can't extend it for reasons beyond my immeiate control).
