Oh yes, dear Rod, please make a blog about your visit to Iceland ...
I wait to see photos of fishing in flooded rivers, on ice glaciers, farming on hot flowing lava, sweeping away volcanic ash, and, of course
eating sheep poop!

hey rod im currently researching for my dissertation , im doing it on human movement as art and how human movement can be refind from its extreams. I have looked at martin crreds runners in the tate britain which is an extream example of human movement but I am struggling to find artists who have used human movement in a non dance orientated way , anything you or anyone else who reads this could come up with would be a huge help.

cheers

Yes, yes, oui, oui, "au bain marie" is the way to melt it all in the traditional way. You can try melting the dark chocolate bar that way too. forget about a microwave :-)
It must have been fun at the gallery!

Hmmmmm, yummy sheep-poop! While you are experimenting, are you eating up the experiments? yummy!
Try to dip the spoon in water before scooping the poop to place on the paper cups?
Also, for a darker poop color, melt a dark-chocolate candy bar and drip it over the poop in the cups?
There are some people who melt the chocolate bar in a microwave oven,
the just stir in the rice krispie and that's it. Good luck!

Hi rod, came in from the seaside village to do some stuff in the city, including checking email on my big pc (laptop not working out there yet!)
I am nor too accurate with American oz. to European metric but something like this:

4 tablespoons butter (ok, tablespoons are soup spoons...no problem )
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
10 oz mini marshmallows = 285 grams of marshmellows
(what is the amount on the package of the marshmellows, in grams?)
5 cups Rice Crispies = ( 6 tea cups to 1 liter,
so in a one-liter bowl, a little less by one tea cup?)

first melt the butter:
1.)In a large pot over medium heat melt the butter.
2.)Mix in the cocoa powder until thoroughly combined
with the melted butter
3.) Melt the marshmallows, stirring constantly, until melded completely with
the melted butter and the cocoa
4.)Quickly add the Rice Crispies.
Working quickly roll the mixture into sheep-shit size balls.

Hope this helps you.
Good luck, Master Chef!

It's official from Vec labs:
That is NOT volcanic ash on my balcony and car. :-)
Even today, after the drizzle, we have, in Greece,
obviously, sand from the Sahara!
Thank you, Rod, dear boy! (I love the zen drawing of the volcano!)
all the best,
Katerina
