No problem, Martha. I totally understand. I'm happy you enjoyed the bookie. I can send you the "folding" instructions sometime if you want to make your own bookie. They are fun to make. Have a great time on your vacation! Thank you for blogging about it :^)

I'm glad that you liked the little hanging tag that I made for you. It was lots of fun to make!

That little black and white cat was a very friendly resident at the boarding school that my nephew used to attend. The cat also reminded me of my cat Jean-Claude (1977-1989), who was a real sweetheart.

So there is the famous blue cat named Fleur! That's a wonderful card, and you're welcome to send it out to the other cat loving mail artists.

More fun!

"R" could be for "rapscallion" or "rascal" or "rambunctious" ... (so funny!)

>  Fleur the Cat

"F" is for feisty

"L" is for lunatic

"E" is for extreme

... fill in the blanks --- what would "U" and "R" be?

:-D

Thanks so much for the mail art! Your self-portrait with your cat Fleur is so sweet. A blue siamese --- she must have been beautiful and I hope that she had a long and feisty life with you.

I'll start working on something for you, and maybe my Josefina will help ......

Here’s a UK postal experiment that I’m going to send two mailart birdies to (139 and tomorrow's 140) ... anyone else want to join in?
You and Yours, BBC Radio 4 would like your help comparing the delivery times of first and second class post. --> http://bbc.in/MsGHrB

We’d like you to send two letters or postcards, one with a first class stamp and one with a second class stamp, to:

Please include your name and the date of posting. Two postcards or envelopes will do.

Taking part should cost £1.10 (60p for a first class stamp, 50p for a second class stamp). You’ll be helping us with a UK-wide experiment, and we’ll feature the results in a programme soon.
