Thank you Diane, I just got your card and Happy "post" V day to you as well! I think I am going to start borrowing some of your ingenuity and make use of cardboard containers. I love that you did your piece on a cracker box! Hope all is well!

Yay! Happy birthday, Little Keys!  I think there is an anti-establishment escape clause when kids are involved.  I vote no guilt by association for you via children's birthday parties.

Joy of Joys- your postcard made my day!  Animal cookies and a McDonald's bib- a fancy girl couldn't ask for more! Thank you!

Economically? Well, it ain't the rust belt. Right now, I'm working away at fake dog kibble ad for Snooky and Angie which may give you some idea how busy I am. We're becalmed like the rest of the country. Real Estate is slowly coming back but building is way down. The art world is full of sighs. Not sure where tourism stands but I think it's down as well. It's a great time to concentrate on your mail art skills. PLACE STAMP HERE....

Oh, I wish I had known that when I wrote the story...The wikipedia page for Elgin emphasizes the watch company...That's the founder of the company on your card, btw...

Yes, if you substitute cigars and kidney disease for chocolate....Did you get the Elgin marble joke? That's one of those gags I've been waiting years to deploy....
