2013 Rebecca, 2013!

In my personal copy of the calendar I am noting the birthdays of mail artists, artists, poets, writers, musicians, composers, movie directors I like, politicians I like (VERY VERY few), philosophers. So all in support of Birthday Mania. The research is !!! and time consuming. I stopped sleeping for the research of this project. Intend to publish the results regularly! Sometimes this leads to funny results: did you kbnow that the German mail artist Patrizia Tictac shares her birthday in January with Yoko ONO and Milos Forman. I am going to have SO MUCH FUN (got addicted to Miranda) with this project; it means creating happy birthday art for X + Y + Z

I received the wonderful catalog, oh my you did an amazing job with it, a few days back. It came in a big windowed envelope from the USPS, one of those WE CARE envelopes. Your envelope had been opened. It didn't look accidentally ripped, it looked opened. How odd. But I have and treasure it. Thanks.

Thank you Rebecca for the superb catalogue of your Island project, you have done us all proud. Andy and Stripygoose and I had a great day yesterday at Wimbledon, drawing pigs. wretched little creatures would not stand still for a moment. But they were sweet and very tame. I thought you intended to join us, so you must live within easy reach of London. Would a trip to the Tate Britain be too difficult for you? I am organizing a meeting there in January. Have a quick piggy sketch for now.
