Stripygoose Sue: You've seen the T-shirt, now here's the MUG

Here it is, and the box it came in.  What a wonderful surprise, and I LAUGHED, and laughed.I have yet to use my mug for fear that one day it will be a collectors item.  You know, like the first Harry Potter books which are fetching $40,000 to $55,000.  Who knows how far Sue can go with this series.  I now see a range from bubble bath salts to theme parks. But one thing for sure, it's getting serious with copy right symbols, trademarks and the such !   So how many are in the map series now?  Do we have enough to make a hanging Mobile?

Thank you ever so much Sue, and don't forget your mail art friends when you are at the top.

Did I mention the spices in the café?

Martha, be more worried about the banana wine stopper you sent me.  It's nearly worn out!

Dean, I'm delighted to see the map-bird mug put to good use - cheers!

I know I said I would never use it, but I broke down and broke it in.A HOT chocolate on a cold day.  And yes, that cat & rat is still hanging around.  And Martha's banana wine stopper is always in use.  That is if the bottle doesn't get emptied.

Thanks again Sue, that was the best HOT chocolate I ever had.  It may have been the mug, then again that cream on the top might have made the difference.

Ah yes - those litttle mini-map birds are floating and flying about too.

Seven so far Sue, that's great.  But I did see a France one somewhere, and of course the original Carary Island one.

Thanks for the super blog Dean - great photos. Love the sky background. I'm with Heleen - let's see a cuppa in that mug. And Greece birdie mugs - why not?
