No timeline yet for mail delivery after Imelda damages North Houston processing center

Due to Tropical Storm Imelda, a portion of the United States Postal Service processing facility in North Houston collapsed.   USPS is sending its letters to other major Texas cities for processing, adding three to four days to delivery.
