Good idea to put yogurt, ice cream and pudding, etc., into glass or ceramic bowls before eating (unless you are on-the-road ) as the spoon scrapes some of the non-digestible plastic fibers and we don't want that stuff in our digestive system :-)

..in a BLUE bowl, of course!
