Tiny Town wonders from Mim Golub Scalin

The Lady in Blue came to Tiny Town for a visit. "The painted women stopped by - the residents of Tiny Town were reminded of some thing today". So write Mim about her Tiny Town visitor.

Others have come to Tiny Town and to Greece during the past few…

Postcard no. 288 from Mim, she's getting there!

A wonderful minimal work: The slicing or carrying that's happening to the alphabet here really appeals to me. The shapes and the spots of color along with it make for an extra nice composition. I love it, and always love her address side too, with "official" stamps: …

Min from Mim!

Received from Mim Golub Scalin, "Minimal 3 + graphite": Shortly before this arrived, I was admiring Mim's photos section, which at the moment was carrying what appeared to be a series of which this is a part.  Big surprise when the postman showed up!  Very appealing collage, and my scanner is sorry that it doesn't do orange well, damn thing. Thank you so much, Mim!

My first mail art arrived!

Many thanks to Mim for being the first to put mail art in my box.

I love it!  It looks like you've been at this a while since you have used a lot of official-looking but humorous stamps.

I really appreciate how welcoming everyone has been, I have a set of cards I will finish and begin sending out today.

Another envelope...this from Mim Golub Scalin with "mim'imal" inside!

Mim has done an amazing job of recycling MY envelope to her, so with the postage sticker from the USA, I still get those Greek stamps (which are new issue and which i did not have before) Thanks Mim!

And what about this "taped" card?

Who will find the "meaning" for "Beyond Don't"?

Don't go Beyond....or...what exists beyond "Don't"?…

April-in-Paris beautiful "365" from Mim!

No.128, from Paris arrived in Greece today. Mim was traveling around Europe (and even onto Asia) and still making and sending mail art! Go, girl! One-a-day for our 365 Project. This is one of four I have received, but it is special, as it is from Paris, her visit there just after leaving Istanbul where we were blessed by the Fates to meet! And here we are in a vintage photo, on…

28 days into the project and 'have mail art from 4 great "365"ers! Nos.2 + 3 and 12 + 13...butterflies in winter!

As of today, with the arival of No.12, I now have a collection of 4 "365"ers. Amazing is the fact that, without any set theme by the group, still these four cards are "butterflies" and flowers and blossoms, in cold WINTER! (Well, ok, I "added" the butterfly over Jennie Hinchcliff's "X", but butterflies abound!) Upper RIGHT is 2/365 from Rani, lower right is 3/365 from…
