Yes, that's a very old German stamp cancelled in Berlin. It's in a treasure trove of stamps that an elderly German woman gave to my daughter. As my daughter left for University, never to move home again she said, and has been true to her word, she remarked, use my stuff. And I have. There are probably some old stamps that have philatelic value, but I'll never search that out, rather they'll be valued in Mail Art.
