There is a story behind this first piece....1. it got lost in transit and showed up in my mail box in March (not sure of the original post date)..AIS was pleasantly surprised when I thanked him for the piece. 2. this piece was made at 39,000 feet as AIS traveled....now on this issue...how can a Dude get thru security with scissors, glue, hole punches etc. and everyone else can't take a 2oz bottle of ANyTHINg on board???

Last week I happened to receive two 10x15cms Water Colour paintings ('aquarel' in Dutch) at the same day.
One created close to my home town and sent recently, the other created far away and sent a longer time ago.

this is a very beautiful painting with acrylic on paper...I can actually feel the heat of the volcano..
