- He has been active in the Mail Art scene since 1985. He participated in the first Decentralized Mail Art Congress in 1986 and organized the Berlin part of the second Decentralized Mail Art Congress in 1992 (Post-GDR-Mail-Art-Congress).
He was involved in the organization of the exhibitions: ”Mail Art Osteuropa – im internationalen Netzwerk” at Staatliches Museum Schwerin in 1996, “… keine Kunst? Mail Art-Projekte” at Museum for Post und Communication Berlin in 1997 as well as “Mail Art Saarland – DDR: Schmuggelgut oder Kassiber?”, Saarländische Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Saarbrücken in 2000 and at Universitätsbibliothek Leipzig in 2001.

Eigene Mail Art-Projekte: "Animals – as which do you feel yourself and others?" 1986 (Faltblatt), ausgestellt 1990 in Weimar, "Post-DDR-Mail-Art-Congress" 1992 in Berlin, 2005 Umfage zu Ray Johnson und "A Mail Art-Project to Sigmund Freuds 150th Anniversary", ausgestellt 2006 in der Kunstbibliothek der Staatlichen Museen Berlin.
