Mon cher, vous avez fait pour moi l'art? Peut-être il ya un espoir.Je suis inquiet pour vous.

Marie, it is a collage-gone-bad. He tried to cover it up with the "bad trip" idea. The comparisons to Dante are delusional and grandiose. Here is some classic "bad trip" art from Frank Zappa. DW probably has more in common with this than anything, but he fails to score even there. I'm thinking of you and hope all is well. Will email you:

DW, mon cher, je m'ennuie. Heureusement je peux jouer avec mes vieilles photos. J'ai fait ça ce matin pour vous.

I think this is the weakest piece too, but only because the other parts have set the standards so high. You have to give him that, he did a fantastic job. He was obviously in a bit of a panic, what with the DK situation and all, and he probably didn't know how to finish the story anymore. The title is great though.

oh, wow, Sloan, you got my envelope? That would be my Windmills contribution, and I sent it on Friday, day of the earthquake! Amazing!!!

Oh, and IMHO, this piece is by far the weakest - total crappola - no wonder he called it The Bad Trip and stuck DK with it. A real letdown at the end.

Hi Marie, I picked up mail from you at the PO this afternoon. You must have sent it before the crisis. I'm glad to have something because I imagine the mail to and from Japan will be a mess for a while.

Well, now we see how DW finished his "masterpiece." DK was apparently speedily dispatched to paradise without further comment. I think je did much better with your part of the tale. I notice now he is writing "lyric poems" for DK using old receipts and found items - some serious atoning to do there.

I hope you are well.

Bummer Total, LOL!!!! :-))) Someone is going to be reeeeeally mad!!! I knew this tale would not have a happy ending, but I guess you know what you are doing, mon cher DW. But let me tell you again how great this series is, art and poetry, just amazing.
