I plan to send 1 piece to your vinyl exhibition, Val. Have to get the vinyl first. Which I hope to do in record time. --Linda
I'm gearing up for 2 Vinyl Art Exhibitions in Denmark in the Spring. This morning I met with one of the Gallery owners to try and select which 40 or so, out of the almost 100 Vinyl Art pieces I have, would be exhibited. I spread the 33rpm Vinyls out on the terrace of my Studio to help facilitate the choice.
It didn't.
We decided that they'd ALL go to Denmark...plus the 103 and 7" vinyls, too.
This is what 66 pieces of Vinyl Art look like:
Sorry about that, I'm just one of the guys on the block, not an ornothologist:
"On our block all of the guys call her flamingo
Cause her hair glows like the sun
And her eyes can light the sky
When she walks she moves so fine like a flamingo
Crimson dress that clings so tight
She's out of reach and out of sight
When she walks by she brightens up the neighborhood
Oh every guy would make her his if he just could
If she just would
Some sweet day I'll make her mine pretty flamingo
Then every guy will envy me
Cause paradise is where I'll be
Pretty flamingo pretty flamingo
When she walks by she brightens up the neighborhood
Oh every guy would make her his if he just could
If she just would"
