It's hilarious isn't it? I have found some that belong there in thrift stores and I'm sure I've made some that belongs there too. There is also a museum of depressionistic art but I can't get the link to work.

Trash Art--figuratively that is

An envelope of trash goodies got missed yesterday because it arrived last week and its pieces were already on my art table, finding their own place (danger). I gathered most of it, which came from Angie, for a picture. I love it all with the favorites being these really wonderful pieces of marked vellum (you'll see why I am thrilled that Diane sewed one onto the back of her envelope to me and I get to keep it):

Yah, some people do hear voices, and very occasionally glom onto something, often musical, to play out what they believe without any doubt is destiny.

Trashpo City: pix of the trash shower rained down upon my space by Diane and Erni yesterday. First pic shows the whole batch, with Erni's spread out over the chair and foot thingy and Diane's on corner of table (exquisite bits, including some in the violin envelope that I didn't spread out for the photo in case someone opened the door and a gust of wind lost it all). Then a few close-ups of each. What a great trash day!
