Here is the message. A piece of an old banner like the ones on the poles is caught on a brach. I am praying to the Goddess of Trash, Garbacia, to blow a gale tonight to bring it down.

Found this garbage recycling chest of drawers with a place for every kind of trash one can think of. I am contemplating raiding it but I am afraid of the Trash Police. Terrible situation.
