Great news you guys!!! 5minutequickie.com has agreed to take over the claims department for free. All they ask is that we run their advertisement in any and all DKult propaganda. I think it will make the callers a lot happier to stay on hold for hours, as they will NOT be playing muzak in the background, if you know what I mean. Nancy, this frees you up to do a job share with Neil.

Thanks, DK. If the phone sex operators want to trade for the claims job, I'd be up for that. They probably make more money, too. With the improved income, I could share the trash job with Neil no problem.

Just so you guys know=you'd be sharing the salary too. We MUST keep our costs down at DKult. I will have to post a wanted ad on Craigs list to get a new Head of the Claims dept. I don't blame you for resigning Nancy-you deserve better. Im thinking of hiring some of those phone sex operators. They're used to acting interested in what the callers are saying.
