Denice, I believe those are called Mammatus clouds—like bubble wrap clouds in the sky! Spectacular!

Gadi, your photo looks like the clouds are imitating a kite festival!

This is a picture I took on the seventh of April of this year (2024) during sunset.
The orange color was caused by dust that was carried on the wind all the way from the Sahara to the Netherlands... isn't that amazing!
