Caro Rod ... purtroppo fa freddo anche qui in Italia , io abito in Liguria , la foto è di qualche estate fa  , quando  abbiamo fatto una performance con l'amico Follin durante la Biennale di Venezia. ti abbraccio , bruno

Well Bruno, it looks a lot warmer there than it is here in Maastricht!  I will be back in Venice for the whole of October this year and will have an exhibition at the EHF.

but, Rod, you are in Venice again

Venic then, Venice now, always working on your Italian jokes

like, how many Italians does it take to change a light-bulb;

at least we know there were zero Futurists in Venice

Hi Rod,
sent you a mail about bringing around some plants. Maybe you didn't get it, so I think I try the blog for a last time.
Let me know when would be convenient to drop the off.
Loved the CD tremendously.

Rod, The complete blog you made here could easily fit into a book..... Photo's and interaction with the readers...... A CD with all impressions. That sounds very tempting too to have. Venice is beautiful, you have showns us that with your eyes and the way you captured it.... Thanks so much! - Ruud

It was a long day...
It's oh so nice to go travelling...
But it's nice to be back home! [back to a real key-board!]
The Blackbird within whose teritory I garden
welcomed me by singing at full volume right outside my bedroom window at 5 this morning. He is now stuffing his beak with the food I have just put on the bird-table.

The journey of 13 hours (One bus,two flights, two trains and loads of waiting) went without incident and the book I had bought to read on the journey turned out to be most entertaining.

Reid, The people at the EHF are very kind, I was very comfortable and felt completely without stress. You are going to love it.

The Venetians are a friendly people, Venice is a gem, the light is a phenomenon. Both my cameras loved the place and I took close on 2000 photos, members of this group can have a CD of the best of... on request, I will be putting that CD together this week.
The mail pile awaiting me is a bit daunting... but will have to wait... there is even a do-it-yourself shaman kit from Medwolf!
I have stuck the fridge magnet mask to the fridge, I have decorated my monitor with Murano glass bead bracelettes I have put the books that I was given by the artists I met in a neat pile, I have put my clothes in the washing basket, I have eyed the bread machine, I have made a list of stuff I must do today. I have not yet looked at the pictures of the snow covered Alps which I made from the airplane window.
I will miss this blog...
