This is a nice A4 cardboard card from Dean in France,

this side has the blue "selvages" remains from stickers,

and Dean placed images in each space.

Always amazing to see Dean's creations in the mail.

What French stamps really mean is I made a 20 hour trip to France to ask the French government for additional financial aid for various civil security projects. (Not related to military activities)  One being for domestic violence projects of training the police and developing a method simular to the Duluth model. (Look it up if you are interested)

Happy it arrived without an envelope.

Another very sad issue in Ukraine is the 16 people a week who die from domestic violence.  But this is decreasing as many women have left the country.

Compared to South Africa which has 7 deaths a day.

I guess there could be years of Mail Art calls for injustice in the world.  Just pick one and go.
