International Film Festival in November, 2010 :

They may still be accepting contributions during the summer,
and there are several categories, competition and non-competition.
It is not Cannes...but it is on-the-waterfront. We have had some big names come here and there are great discussion sessions and master-classes, too. Hope to see you in Thess. one day!
