Jay Block Mystery Mail Artist - with Alphabet Soup postage

So can anyone help me out with this one.  Cancelled is the theme, American cancelled stamps is the clue.A prize is waiting for anyone who can give up the ghost.And a nice thank you to the Mystery Mail Artist.

I noted the technique of what we call in the Mail Art World as the 'Mim Rip".

the nudy girl stamp is familiar....cuz I peeled it off and reused it for more mail art....I say Jay also based on the way he prints his numbers....

I would say Jay Block, and agree with Angie. He does "torn" paper collages, 

he knows to cross his "7"s :-)
