So my home computer is still gasping its last few breaths, and I have ben WAY too busy at work to be able to get myself to the tech store to buy a new apparatus. So I am staying late at the office in order to catch-up on posting some of the fab mail art I have received in the last month or so... (Apologies for posting things so tardily.) This will be a sort of Blog Jam, therefore. (I am starting to feel like a binge-blogger!)
I have also decided to enlist the help of an assistant head that I had handy... in keeping with a theme that runs through several of the pieces of mail art that came to my address...
From Alicia Starr (Iowa, USA), a wonderful collage and sewn postcard:
My assistant with the tall hair-do looks admiringly upon its beautifulness.
From M. Nidham (Sulinate of Oman); Ti Ar Raden (France); and Grigori Antonin (Minnesota, USA):
Three great postcards. Three heads are better than one. And three pieces of mail art are better than one piece of mail art!
From MomKat (Greece):
Two heads floating in the cool BLUE waters of the lake. My assistant decides to do the backstroke. Ohhhh... she forget her swimming cap--now her hair-do is gonna get all frizzy!
Hey... there's a couple more heads on the back of MomKat's magnificent collage:
Why, that's MomKat herself! She's made it onto an artistamp!
And from Nancy Bell Scott:
COBTASTIC! Those ears of corn are almost as tall as my assistant's beehive!
And this feller here is a pee-wee compared to the towering heights of her Aqua-net architect-ured coiffure!
"HEY, assistant--GET OUT OF THE WAY! We can't see the beautiful mail art!!"
Ooops, sorry... here you go:
A beauty of collaged images, paint, and paint-altered plastic film!
That's all for this blog. But get ready for more blogged mail art HEADING your way! (yuk, yuk....)

How great to see you online, Thom. Your (fabulous!) map-letter sounded as if only a snail-mail mail-art would do to thank you for the wondrous package from you. You'll receive one of those again soon, too, but in the meantime, Thank You x 10 -- made my day.
Waaah ha ha!! But of course, why wouldn't I? HELLO SAILOR! Wink, wink!!
LOL!!!! Are you trying to get a rise out of me?!!
I thought for sure that with a blog title like Heads up her MALE art would be featured...fnarr, fnarr!! ;-P
I might be able to post it if I hid it behind my assistant's extravagant do! ...But I'm afraid Arac's male head piece (I mean MAIL piece) might be too large! har, har!!
ha ha, good fun! I'm still not sure whether your assistant should be a candidate for the MOBMA bad hair comp!!
Hope to see Arac's mail soon, yuk, yuk...!!!
