No, Erni, the last time I was in Washingto, John Lennon got shot in NY. And no, it's not the Pompidou Centre (I wish).
Stripgoose: my present Siamese cat is called 'Trouble' (because that's what he is). My first one was called Knodel DePussy Herman (with an oomlaut on the o in Knodel, but I haven't got an oomlaut here that I can find on th keyboard)
And still no-one has guessed correctly!
Before I reveal (in a day or so's time) where I have been appointed Artist-in-Residence, I need to prepare you for the shock of the eventual announcement.
Whatever your reaction (and I think I can anticipate what it will be), I would like to quote you the immortal words of Bo Diddley:
"I thank you in advance for the great round of applause I am about to get!"
You said it, Bo! You said it, bro!
Merci Richard! The last time I was an Artist-in-Residence (at Gallerie Serencia in Sigean), I got thrown out, a week or so before my residency was due to end.
But I didn't mind.
I recovered. The Gallerie never did.
(Y'all could start another guessing game as to WHY I was thrown out of Gallerie Serencia)
30.11.14 Dare Mark Valentine H., Oh, I thought you were already an" Artist-In-Residence". All best to you. Bon-Bon Voyage! Richard C.
A clue?
Someone's getting warm, but I'm not saying who.
Perhaps.
You'll get a quote from Bo Diddly tomorrow.
Ha!
In residence in the Nederlands with family?
In Paris, in residence with In Seine?
In Venice, where there is a fine Artist-In-Residence opportunity for mail artists :-)
Maastricht?
Paris?
Venice?
3m plus?! home grown??
Size is not eveything, Petrolpetal. OK I accept the challenge. I bet I can come up with a 3 meter plus punnekin within the next 10 minutes. (All I have to do is to find where I put it after my last Exhibition)
As to your guesses...well not one of them is correct, but, as Erni has made clear, the tresidence is not Hamburg.
Keep on guessing folks....
