Erni Comes to the Rescue -- Heroic Art

A NICE, big package arrived from Germany with some fanciful art from Erni.  One could say it raised the Bär for repurposed cardboard collage medium...

Following the instructions, one will want to keep this artwork not too cold, and not too hot.  Ah...temperance is always wisest.

Other observations:  

• a crocheted monkey (2 count)... "monkey see; monkey do?"
• an gnome with a bowling ball... "keep low to the ground but don't fall into the gutter lane?"
• a dog in a baby's stroller... "child-rearing can be a bitch?"
• wall with shadow of a tree in background... "The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence; sometimes there are dogs in strollers over there just waiting to pounce on unsuspecting trespassers! (?)"

The work is about 8.5 x 12 inches.  The color scheme is warm and bright.  I bet this art collage was fun to assemble and create.  But wait... the inside art is only half of the fabulousness!  The package it came in had its own artistic merit... here's the front:

It's the powerful and mighty Erni with his weapon of mass artistic distribution -- "hammering" home the point that Art Saves Lives.  I'm a fan!  Are you?  Thank you, Erni, for being my mailbox hero!
