Circulaire 132 NO. 280

So happy to find Circulaire 132 in my mailbox again. I haven't been able to submit work since there's been no service from Taiwan to Canada but Allan Bealy kindly offered to forward some work for me. Luckily, mail to Canada has resumed so looking forward to submitting regularly again.
