Richard has pulled off something amazing here--He wrote mail art on an actual found shopping list (the ultimate find to me) and within the mail art is more mail art in the form of an original Richard Canard doodle! not to mention it came in a recycled bill envelope. He wants to know how I doodle. He has given me much inspiration to do just that this weekend. …

I received the most fabulous and amusing mail art this week. First, this ghostly trashpo from DKult Chaplain Neil Gordon. I have never seen him make a piece like this. The minimalism of it would make Eduardo Cardoso proud. It is so ghostly and understated--truly beautiful..just like Dew Drop…

This is a turning point in the mail art of RC, or at least this is a first for me. Richard has taken to telling jokes. Trashpo and Jokes go together like flypaper on flies. Classic. Where will this winding road take us next?…

This will no doubt be Meeah's second TrashPoLitzer worthy creation. She has, consciously or unconsciously and possibly mind controlled into it by DKult, begun a trashpo Home Goods Line. This piece arrived with many other fantastic, spontaneous, documentary style trashpo pieces, but this one really stuck out. This is her TrashPo Vanity Mirror. Hopefully you can see that on the top left corner is a piece of reflective material. It is not glass but shiny just the same. She tells me that I can…

Jim Sant Amour is this month's judge for the monthly bad art contest. It will be extended as long as it takes for him to receive at least ONE entry--ideally TWO to have a fair competition. This month's theme is YARD ART. You do not need to be a member of MOBMA (museum of bad mail art) but we'd love to have you there!!!
This is some Yard Art of Elgin dubbed the "Poo Garden"…

I have conflicting feelings about the work that they do. While I appreciate the conceptual aspect of it, I think you get into dangerous territory when you are playing with people's personal space
What do you think?

along with amazing bits of 'trash' from DKunst, I received this beautiful piece entitled "Aal Ency" obviously a bit of found art from an old library. Fantastic piece and the woman's feet wrap around to the back, where they are measured. The subject of Feet seems to be circulating around here. I guess what goes into the eternal network spreads. I do not know what "Holic" means but thank you Svenja for everything. And here is your mail art exhibit :…

Received one of Rebecca Guyver's wonderfully evolving trashquilts. This one is the most colorful and magical I have seen. That she is now incorporating trash formed writing is taking it to a whole other level. Perfect ad promo for DKult Rebecca! I hope that billboard deal for DKultUK goes through. It IS very beautiful, but definately not too pretty for DKult. This will show the softer, more feminine side of DKult and hopefully attract more desperate housewives and spinsters.I don't think…

Blessed Father was kind enough to send me this art when it was discovered that we had both lost a beloved pet--both grey cats named Storm. I will cherish these beautiful stamps and card

Received this gorgeous piece from Amy Morton. This is a print from a negative of a leaf buried in snow. The texture appears chalk like, but deceptive as it is a photo. this from Picadilly Post--an ink transfer from transparency paper and an actual eggshell. I think this qualifies it as trashpo. this is from a series of similarly beautiful pieces posted at her blog…

This arrived as a testament to the downfalls of online communication. Without the tone, inflection, and facial expressions to help us interpret things, it can be very easy for miscommunication to happen. It also gives us a chance to clarify and become closer when we clear it up. So I received this wonderful mail art with Susan's classic/signature style--both psychedelic and straightforward at the same time. yippee!!DKultCA has formed in Berkeley--Thank you!…

I found this empty addressed envelope yesterday. I would like to send her a letter explaining that I found it so as not to appear like a stalker. If anyone would like to contribute to a random letter to her to see how her life is going, please write or post what you would like to say and I will create a collaborative piece to send.…

Angie and I both love the show Portlandia. In one fabulous episode (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XM3vWJmpfo)
they find a crafty way to craftify things. This mail art made me laugh out loud. It's an excellent piece without the birds too. Thank you!…
