I found this empty addressed envelope yesterday. I would like to send her a letter explaining that I found it so as not to appear like a stalker. If anyone would like to contribute to a random letter to her to see how her life is going, please write or post what you would like to say and I will create a collaborative piece to send.

COOL! It'd be a blast if she responded! Fingers crossed...
Hey, what's a UPS? Hmm, there's a gun shop next door!!
Great idea Viz-thank you! It will be VERY interesting to see if she responds. Creating the possibility is a continuation of the idea of forging some kind of entirely unexpected and unlikely communication. I will put that on the heavily trodden-on envie and send out this a.m.
I guess you could put my address...I don't think she'd send Arturo to Australia. It'd be interesting to see if she responds, I could send the response back to you or just blog it.
I am putting this in the mail tomorrow. I am torn whether or not to put any kind of contact info. I don't really think I should, particularly if she thinks this is creepy and sends Arturo after me. thanks for everyone's input!
LOL Ana--yes now I'm with Nancy except if we are not sleeping, Google Earth will catch us pacing the floors.
Mail arting in the future "Oh, I just saw that you walked to the mail box (or the future's version of one). I hope that mail art is for me"
google earth is fun isn't it? you can visit neighborhoods, travel down the streets as if you were in a car. we would look up each others addresses on it right now! *cue creepy music*
Stalking via google earth. The desperately needed three hours of sleep at night just went out the window.
That's too funny Ana. Hadn't thought of that--stalking her on google earth. Now THAt would be creepy, interesting, but creepy:)
very interesting!
Map , looks like it's the UPS store ! Let's watch and see when she picks up her mail. That's how satellite works right. I was hoping it was a house.
LOL Martha--no trash art except for the envelope. Just good wishes:)
