Thought I had already blogged these, then found them when I was sorting my mail art pile. I live in the historic Elgin Watch Factory District. Elgin is know for Elgin Watches, but the factory doesn't exist anymore. Love these…

I think I've posted this upside down, but it works from all angles. For some reason the turquose 50 cent stuck out to me. This is one of a great series on consumerism-aka DKonsumer DKonconciousness-feast for the eyes thank you Lynn!

Steph sent me this mail art in honor of her recent trip to Hawaii. I don't know how she has done this, but it looks like the design in hand done in Sharpie. --it looks like those God's eyes. Hawaii has been good to you thank you Steph!

Always like art with warning labels-it adds to the suspense. Got this great envelope from her packed full of interesting bits and pieces. My favorite is the instructional pamphlet on how to do a zine bomb: she shows how to make these A4/8 pages in one 8X10 sheet on the underside of hers. I just learned how to make this about a month ago and it definately saves on printing…

Lisa sent me these paper dolls-some disembodied legs and feet, so I added some things to make them complete. The baby arrived without clothes, so I put them on the poor thing only to realize that he was a diabolical tyrant pulling Barbie's string and threatening to overturn DKult. I'm sure Lisa had no idea of this when she popped the cherub in the mail. I used to love paper…

Received this great piece from Kerri. The paper feels like canvas. It looks like she created these shapes by blowing the yellow paint as opposed to dripping it. Fantastic and unexpected color scheme. I was also amazed that she sent me this card from Esoteria.…

This really takes me back to childhood. I always loved scratch paper and Claudia has made her own. Love this piece-thank you Claudia! And it has legs, but isn't a chair!

I'm really amazed by Carina's techniques. I don't know how or where she gets these vintage transparent overlays, but this piece is perfectly balanced . This is in response to a trashbook I had sent her that said "Be Safe". I love how she has worked this into her return piece. Carina is an amazing talent and each piece has her signature on it, but yet they are all so very…

Received two great trashpo pieces. This fantastic laminated American Spirit Cig box and my favorite piece to date from NBS. Nancy has proven that raw trashpo and aesthetic trashpo are not diametrically opposed. Thank you…
