Discussing recently the fact that post offices need not give "air mail" stickers anymore,

because all out-of-country / overseas mail goes air mail.

However, it sure is nice to use them on mail art envelopes. …

A very delicately designed envelope was in my mailbox today.

It has an embossed golden bird design and many stamps, too. Subtle green

and earth tones , also on the flip side of the envelope (with washi tape pieces, yay!):…

I hate to admit it, but sometimes barcodes go too far.  What a wonderful master piece.  I love it.
