Small, but perfectly formed and very colourful.

When he was very small, my son asked 'Where do Robin Redbreasts* go in the summer? we only see them in the garden in the winter."

I didn't know at the time. I still don't. Do YOU?

(*** A note just in case Someone Who Will be Nameless thinks that this is a reference to her bosom or any other part of her anatomy: in England: robins are known as 'robin redbreats', because...yes, they have red breasts. They are also one of my favourite birds-to-be-seen-in-the-garden, but not, alas, in French gardens. And this is one of my favourite stripygoose birds)
