VIDEO, SHORTFILM, DOCUMENTARY, ANIMATION:
All videos will be admitted, shortfilms, photography, documentaries, animations that do not exceed 8 minutes of length and they must be delivered on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation.
MULTIMEDIA EXPRESSION:
They will be admitted on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation including the credits, the photography, the list of the soundtrack that was used and the name of the author.

the audio format admitted has to be:

for making up a series of volumes with different artists in each. Each

A tribute for the city of Portogruaro through a project involving art through mail. The keywords chosen as the theme are the motif of its foundation, joined in a common flow.
Limit
border between earth and water,
the river harbor and the trade routes,
the channels and the gardens of the palaces,
a constant reference to a change in system, material and colour.
Exchange
not only of goods but also of colours and scents,
artistic and architectural influences,
mutual knowledge, therefore culture.
Sign
a condition of consent expressed in gesture, the conclusion of an agreement,
a trace superimposed on many others:
whose meaning is beyond the sum of the parts.

OMG Jim, you're the 101st person on my IUOMA "friends" list.* I've tried very hard to keep it at 100 or below, but I couldn't say no to you and there's nobody on that list that I want to nix [today] . . . I've 86'd a few folks over the years because that's the way I roll, no correspondence [never, ever] coming in and, well, there they go. Maybe more so on Facebook than here. But still . . .
Is that bad of me? No, don't answer that question, I prefer to remain blissful in my ignorance.
*Although, my [personal] mail-out list is huge; of which you've been on for a long while . . . and I constantly send out to random people [not on my mail-out list]. It's just that there's so many mailartists out there [thousands!], this solitary-soul just can't keep up with them all . . . I mean, I have to stop and eat sometime . . . okay then, chin up and feet forward.
