Thank you very much for your great addition to my 'soccer field a-a-p', Jan!

I posted it here, and there.

Hi Jan, Thanks for your friend request and comment on the Memento Mori artistamps. I think I do them somehwat differently than most folks. I use a blank stamp outline page (jpeg) that someone created here once, and fill-in all the empty stamp outlines with images and word boxes. I think there are 40 empty stamp spaces on the page. I do it all as a word document (!) inserting jpegs and Word text boxes. Then I print the whole thing out on a full page size (8.5" x 11")  peel-and-stick label sheet. Then I just cut out each stamp individually and afix it to my envelopes. Don't use any perforations (which would be cool, but too much work for me). Cheers!

Thank you for sending me our scavenger hunt ATC and the extra ATC "Tropical Dots." What a good challenge it was to find New and Funny.

I'd love to trade with you Jan. I'm not at home right now, on a little writing retreat, so I'''m way behind in making/sending/trading. But I can'''t wait to get home and I'll send you something then.
  • Jason C. Motsch

Hi Jan!  I finally posted the beautiful piece of mail art you sent.  It's on my page.  Hope all is well on your side of the country.  Peace!

  • Toni Hanner -- tonipoet

Ooh la la Jan! What wonderful ATC's you sent me! Isn't it funny that both of the Jams were about birds? I love your adds. And "Full Circle" and "Part of a Whole" are beautiful. What do you mean "skin tattoo" on the back of "Full Circle"? Oh is it one of those temporary ones? The Gold Circles? I don't even know how to apply those. This looks great!
  • Prairie Kittin

    Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Hey Jan - glad the flip-flops didn't slow bird down too much - and thanks for being part of the project. I'm blogging bird arrivals here:

Go for it jan - there's nothing quite like a 365!

  • Toni Hanner -- tonipoet

Jan, wow, thanks so much for the "Lotus & Ripple" ATC. Reminds me a little of our water lilies we have in our backyard pond (which sounds much more grand than it really is). And for passing on the trio jam. I totally understand the need to focus on your own stuff, but I hope you stay in the jammers! AND did you know the envelope you made has the same strange flowers on it that I used to start a jam that Mail Art Martha and Grace Sanford worked on!
