Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: The usual reasons: it's truly democratic (if you ignore the poor folks who don't have mail service) and it is NECESSARY for my soul to create/share art in such a fashion. I can't quite put a finger on why I went from collecting stamps to making my own stamps when in my early teens thinking I was the only weirdo on the planet to do such a thing.
