Thanks for the lovely card "Creation of the Cosmos with Vienna Sausage".  It reminded me that I needed another cup of coffee.  Your humor made my day.  Thanks again.  The bookmark will come in handy if I can't get through "One Fish, Two Fish, Red fish, Blue Fish" tonight.

Hey, David!  Thanks for the swell card - it absolutely cracked me up!

  • Jen Staggs

Just got your card- thank you!  I've been out of the loop so long I've moved twice.  All is updated now.  Sorry I've fallen off the planet, I'm managing two galleries in NOLA and life is joyfully chaotic.  I appreciate you thinking of me!

  • Petrolpetal

Thanks for the brilliant and beautiful mail! I'll blog soon!

  • Brooke Cooks

Thanks for the amazing mail art. It has us all in stiches; in particular my thirteen year old who loves origami.
  • stripygoose

I have it on good authority (Suus, Amy, Richard C. and Katerina) that you are the maker of the (unsigned) poltergeist m-a. Are they right???

  • stripygoose

Sure did - love it; you got the spooky-estate agent speak spot on.

And I've got to say I did like that green and yellow striped stripy goose (no resemblance though).

That poor thing. I had to keep patching up the paint since he started out orange (as you spotted). I thought orange too bold a color for a ninja of his temperament. His little base is some glued-together bits of wood that I had peeled the letter stamps from. (Or however I should say that to keep a preposition off the end of.)

If you'd like, I will give you first shot at marketing. That part of things just isn't my forte. I like the raking in the money part. But then there is the issue of the cheese rinds.

  • vizma bruns

You mail art tease, you!! Yes, every night I pray to that dog to bring me mail art boekies!!! How did you know?!!

  • vizma bruns

Ohhhhh! I thought that perhaps you had a mild case of dyslexia and I just overlooked it, so as not to hurt your feelings. But I did anyway. Hmmph. Now that I'm having a closer look, yes, it's a very realistic rendering of a wallaby. Yes, indeed. My mistake.
