Hi folks,

I'd like to request that you all hold off on sending add-and-passes to me at this time. I had orthopedic surgery earlier this month to repair a broken leg and I need to rest for several more weeks.

I have several add-and-passes in my pile now and will try to get to them as soon as I can.

I'll let you all know when I'm back up to speed again. 

In the meantime, take care, all of you. For those in the U.S., have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello everyone! I noticed that the last post in this group dates back to December ‘23. Are there still active members here, or anyone interested in collaborating to bring some new life into this group? I’ve initiated quite a few Add & Pass booklets recently, as it’s one of my favorite mediums. However, I’m starting to feel a bit discouraged—I'm not sure what's going on, but over the past year, it seems like only one-to-one contact is working, which is a bit unfortunate.

It seems like this group isn’t as active as it used to be. Would it make sense to start a smaller, new group with more engaged participants? Does this group still meet everyone’s expectations and needs? Or would it help to start a collective challenge to bring some energy back into the group? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

One thing to note: there are TWO add-and-pass groups here already, as well as an add-and-pass group that specializes in A&P books and a group that specializes in A&P deco books.

I'm a member of all four groups.

You’re absolutely right, and that’s an important point to highlight. What makes this group unique, in my opinion, is that it focuses specifically on showcasing and archiving complete, finished projects—exactly as the name 'Add & Pass: The X-Files' suggests. This is the place where we can preserve and share the full 'case' of each collaboration.

Perhaps we could bring some fresh energy to the group by inviting members to showcase completed projects here once again. This could help breathe new life into the group and further strengthen its role as an archive. What do you all think?

In 1985 I did such a ADD & Pass project.

Eventually the papers got returned, documented and exhibited.
