I received this fun cute frog from Alana Schlotter. I took it's picture with a yellow background so it may not appear that this is a cut-out piece with the eyes popping out to compliment the friendly smile. Thank you Alana! :)

Thanks for sharing my piece here, Grace! I'm glad I found this group. I'm trying to create at least one small-scale art piece a week to give away (e.g., a poem, a visual/erasure poem, a collage, a unique chapbook/booklet, or some hybrid or small collection). Thank you for the no/low pressure exchange.  I often work too many hours, then am off for a stretch, which is when I can focus on my artwork and desert gardening.  See you all soon!

Hello! I am ready to get started! I am an avid knitter who likes to stretch my creative boundaries. I love to write letters and I have about 10 international penpals. I have found that decorating the envelopes of my letters is a great way for me to practice a small scale art project and make happy mail that much more happier. I particularly love zentangles and calligraphy. I follow The Postman's Knock and I use a lot of her ideas while I practice my faux calligraphy. My dip pen calligraphy needs some more practice. I also follow Art Impressions Watercolor Wednesdays. Hope to hear from you.
