Now, Bifidus!!... There is some re-written poetic license that makes some sense!!!  LOL!  BRAVO, friend!! The world has never discovered the riddle of romantic love, so well as this group embraces Trashpo!!! My life for my Trashpo!

I have been astonished that men could die martyrs for their religion -
I have shudder'd at it.
I shudder no more.
I could be martyr'd for my religion
Trash is my religion
And I could die for that.
I could die for trash.

I am definitely a Trashpo neophyte, but I have loved some of the philosophy and the creations I've encountered on this site and in my mailbox. I hereby take the pledge to encourage and practice the magical transformation of garbage-o into postal art-oh! Thanks for the creation of this group, Diane! How did it take THIS LONG???

Hi Erni!! Can you post that wondeful pic and link of the Trash People installation? so inspiring but I forgot the artist's name
Comment by DKeys on August 31, 2011 at 3:46pm
I meant the person you send the trash to makes something out of it and sends it back to you. But then that was probably obvious:)

Nancy Bell Scott sent me all this wonderful trash and below is something I made out of it. I thought it was a great challenge to use things that were selected by someone else and fit them together like puzzle pieces. Lisa had the great idea of a trash mail swap. If anyone would like to do a one on one swap (nothing formal) please put your name and address. Send a regular sized envelope filled with your hand selected trash, art room scraps, lists, etc.make something out of it and send it back to the trash donor.  Then it can be posted here for everyone to see!

Kat, I should have put Benny the Bin as the Mascot! But he is definately the official mascot for All Things Trashpo. He's the friendliest garbage eater I've ever seen. And Neil--so glad you're here! You were a trashpo King and didn't even know it!
