Carla: we have had a bit of a kafuffle regarding our latest mail-out, one piece of which contains your rabbit. (the first one, not the gold one)

For the latest, I've just put up a blog post here about the difficulty. Sorry!

In another 1/2 hour, I'll find out what's what here. Hopefully, no further problems will occur.
