Even though it makes sense that we can look on each others profiles, you may want to add your address here and any blogs or other accounts you want highlighted. This way it's in a closed environment and we all get to share.

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

Andy,That was supposed to say a great idea!!!
Mim you could have parallel tracks. One 365 running on the present system then another (perhaps by an alter-ego in a totally different style) starting in January. I wonder how long you could keep up the 2 personae? Would you necessarily have to split your personality?
Andy I think that is a idea. I agree part of what makes the project work is the connection with other people doing the same thing and commented on their mail art pieces or friendly updates here. Mim, you could always start over again!!!
Good idea~ set a start date for the next group. Excellent. I'm stuck - I have to stay the course. I'm at day 130 as you can see with the above card.
Yeah I just realised that after signing up over 100 artists to this project. I was wondering why people start then stop after less than 10 pieces and realised that the missing link was the supportive crowd. Apologies it took me so long to hit on that idea, but in future I will change the form to specify the next starting date. What do you reckon - every 3 months perhaps? I get about 2 new signups a month I estimate
Dang, wish I'd waited to start with others on the same day. I think this is a good idea. It really was a help having others doing the same practice during our first year.
I'll keep a running tally here of how many are due to start on Jan 1st. So far we're on 2

Anyone else...?
Great idea! I'll restart then too.
Had a few new signups over the last week. I'm going to ask them to all start on January 1st. I reckon if people start on the same day they will support each other, like we all did at the start way back in December 2010. Ahhhh the good ol' days...
