Even though it makes sense that we can look on each others profiles, you may want to add your address here and any blogs or other accounts you want highlighted. This way it's in a closed environment and we all get to share.

What's your default? 7 Replies

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send  your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

Significant dates for the diary (some might say...) 41 Replies

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

Wooohooo! I've now posted all the way through 100. So that means I'm only -- what? 20 behind? I'm gaining on it.

Ha! I've just posted mailart received from Diane Keys, Karen Champlin, Young Artist Workshop/MerDoc Robotics, Christine Brisehris, and Ria Cabral on my blog: http://itsonlyabook.blogspot.com

Thanks, y'all!

I've finally posted some new mail art that I've completed over the last few weeks. Any day now I'll get received mail up on my blog and outgoing mail to the post office.

On the 'reactions' line on our blog, the lettering is black on a black background, and barely readable. Can this be changed? Just wondering  . . . Great idea, by the way! I really like it!

I hate to be stupid but how do I have access to recent version? You emailed me one, am I still linked to it?  Sorry for being the problem child tonight.

Laura .. you have access, so you always have the most recent version without me sending you notification. But once I do get the emails out (I don't want to send BCC 'cause that often ends up in junk/spam/bulk mail, so I am sending to each person individually), I'll post here letting y'all know.

Postmuse can we get an update sheet when you are done? Thanks for all your work.

Thank you for the clarification! I've got the excel sheet from postmuse and have been adding new members as I find addresses. It is hard to find all the address sometimes. While I never post other peoples addresses, there are a lot of people that post received mail with addresses showing, it is hard to control. Thanks for the info.

i have added a new feature to the blog called "Reactions"

It is a little dark & hard to see but i am working on changing the font color...

It allows for a person to add feedback without having to write a comment.

I have plans to email every single participant whose address I don't have so I can update the address database. Of course, if they prefer not to have their address in that database (which requires me to allow access via email), I would certainly not insist. I can well understand that some folk prefer to be less "out there." I'm so far out, I'd need an astronaut to pull me back in ... if I wanted to come in ... but I don't.
