What's your default? 7 Replies

Because my friend Matt asked me this the other night, I had to think about it. His is painting a blue sky and some clouds, then he waits to see if anything more comes. His skull for Skull Appreciation Day was just the blue sky & clouds cause…Continue

Who will you send  your first piece of mail to? I've been thinking about this a lot. Will it be someone in this group? Will it be one of the many mail artists I've exchanged MA with over the years? Will it be one of my letter writing friends, or my…Continue

Significant dates for the diary (some might say...) 41 Replies

McFloozy mentioned Quack Day in February and I had a message from Valentine Mark Hermann telling me of an anniversary in February. I figured that it would be best to put all the dates in one discussion, so anyone could contribute and we could all…Continue

I need to get busy & get some mail art in the mail box. Promise I'll catch up soon to everyone that I owe something to. JJ, have a wonderful trip. Can't wait till you're in the states! Mim, loved the photos of London & the wedding. Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I'm A Superhero, thanks for getting me back into steampunk. I've missed it. It's one of my favorite designs. 'Eve & the Snake' is for you & your wife! In personal matters, I have a lovely, well-educated 27 year old daughter I'd like to marry off sometime before I die. She's lovely (blonde hair & brown eyes), has a BS degree, and is ready for a long-term relationship. Anyone got any compatible friends? LOL!

SIX WEEKS without mail? I thought 26 days was a desert! Will note sending mail for both you and CrisisP, JJ, at her address. Good luck on the move and enjoy the travels.

Boy, PostMuse, I know the feeling!! Happily, I'm a bit less than 137 behind but still out of my comfort zone on commitments. It's all I can do to make and scan the works what with preparing to move continents.

I'd like to tell everyone that I am leaving Australia on May 5, travelling in Asia for 6 weeks and when I return to my beloved Portland Or. I'm not sure if we'll move back into our house or not. So, I'll have no address for quite some time ;(

What I would like to do is hopefully receive some treasures from you all at the address of Crisispanty. She's one of my best friends and she started the 365 project when her baby was 6 months old and has since gone back to grad school. Her hands are quite full. I thought if I had my mail sent to her house it would motivate her and she could get vicarious thrills! Whaddaya think?

Her address is 3245 NE 40th Ave. Portland, Or. 97217. I will pick up my mail from there sometime around July1.

Mim,  Thanks for putting Andy & Elena's wedding pictures up.  I'll be glad when they get back.  Miss having them around.  That's one long honeymoon they are on!  I wonder if Elena has worked her way through the alphabet of flowers yet.  Ya think?

So true, Boo.  It was delicious and it's not fattening either!  I had great fun and I plan on doing it again; very soon.

So glad to know Gabby and I got you to get out your sewing machine, Sue Bowen! It's delicious working with fabrics and thread and everything else at hand...
