Comment by psmith on April 27, 2011 at 2:56pm: Laura, tornadoes hit in several counties around us, but missed our county. More on the way, today, though -- storms & lots of rain. My grass is beautiful, but when you try to walk across the yard, water seeps up over your shoes. The ground is totally saturated. Glad we got our flood gates in yesterday. The big grassy floodwall is right at the back of my backyard, but only about 50 yards behind it is the Tradewater River, a tributary of the Ohio. Love that floodwall!

G'day everybody. As I am leaving beautiful Australia in 9 days, I am changing my address now. I will be travelling for 7 weeks and when we get back to Portland not sure if we'll move right back into our house or not so, my great pal crisispanty will be happily receiving mail for me at her place. I'm hoping that getting double mail will inspire her not fall off the MA365 wagon so please continue to mail to me @
