The Judiciary of Santa Catarina, with regret, communicates the death of Mr. Dórian Esteves Ribas Marinho, father of Judge Cláudia Ribas Marinho, current holder of the Court of Criminal Executions of the district of Itajaí. The death occurred in Balneário Camboriú. The magistrate's father was a lawyer and was, for many years, president of the OAB Human Rights Commission.

Sorry to say goodbye to Dorian. I had not been intouch recently but we did exchanged work frequently in thr past.

Dame Mailarta, Dorian passed away on November 26, 2021.

O Poder Judiciário de Santa Catarina, com pesar, comunica o falecimento do senhor Dórian Esteves Ribas Marinho, pai da juíza Cláudia Ribas Marinho, atual titular da Vara de Execuções Penais da comarca de Itajaí. O óbito ocorreu em Balneário Camboriú. O pai da magistrada era advogado e foi, por muitos anos, presidente da Comissão de Direitos Humanos da OAB.
