Sounds like the perfect way to spend a Saturday arvo, Val! I'll bring the dip.
See ya about 19.00, but DON'T bring the sheep dip (it doesn'r work with cheese & onion crisps)
Thanks for the invite, Katerina! Quick...pour me some wine before Viz gets there and drinks the lot.
Is there cranberyy sauce, too?
Sorry, no cranberry sauce...this is Greece, not Maine :-)
There is feta cheese, however!
OK! I'll settle for a glass of Ouzo...merci!
That looks DEEELicious!! And 3 plates for the 3 of us, how sweet!! Only one bottle though, it must be mine.
Val, what's this about stitches? Did you have a Xmas drunken fall? Hope it was elegant. Did someone video it? Why wasn't I informed?? Hmmmm???
Hi Viz! I had 2 operations on my left foot before Xmas (and have to have thr right one sorted out in February). Why weren't you informed? Well, had you attempted to do either of the operations, I would have been extremely worried that you were i) drunk, ii) not drunk enough, iii) mistaking my foot for a sheep's paw, iv) approaching the whole thing from a Down Under perspective, v) practicing ancient Latvian techniques involving amputation (preceeded by castration), vi) any or all or some other things. The stitches are out, but I wasn't to take Suus dancing in Mokkum tonight -- not the least because she is there and I am here. Hopalong Herman!
Hi Hopalong Herman...take care of that foot: PERASTIKA!
There is plenty of wine, ouzo, too,...even for when Viz returns from the
Latvian festivities in Oz!
and the wine is not from Rhodes, Vizma (that wine is wonderful WHITE wine)
this is "Naoussa" Boutary, 2007, a good year, from Macedonia ( ahem, GREEK Macedonia :-)
There is also some French Bordeaux, 2011...
very tempting photos!! I think Hoppy needs them more than I do though, a few of those bottles and he'll be walking straight again!!
