THIS DISCUSSION GROUP IS STARTING TO WIND DOWN...
The Rebel ATCers have had an awesome 1st round of Buddy Jams; be it 2 person, 3 person or 4. We have gotten some wonderful results and would love for more members to participate. Please take a look at what has already been posted on the Rebel ATC page.
Everyone has decided that we would like to keep better track of the Jams progress, and to do this we started this discussion group. Also we can have all participants in one general location, so there will be no need for scrolling through lots of posts.
I am going to send a "group" message to all our members. If, in turn, the members could forward that message through their friends' list. That way, we can invite non-members as well. The only drawback to non-members participating is that they personally will not be able to share their posts unless they become a member. :-/
A wonderful multiple jam endeavor started by Fleur Helsingor
William M. was kind enough to put this list together...here are the current participants:
PLEASE GO TO THE DISCUSSION SET UP BY WILLIAM IN THIS GROUP TO VIEW THE CURRENT JAMMERS LIST. YOU CAN STILL POST YOUR WORK IN THIS DISCUSSION...THANK EVERYONE...KEEP HAVING FUN!Tags:
Here is my first three way jam with Erin (beautiful cosmic backgrounds) and Linda (jaunty tassels). I added the floating men and circles in metallic gold paper from a chocolate wrapper.
Sorry! I ate all the chocolate...
Now I shall send one to Erin and one to Linda and keep one. Thanks for all the help to understand the system and many thanks too to the kind person who added me to the list of jammers.
Although the JAMMERS LIST DUO AND TRIO JAMS up above says that I'm swamped with starters and to message me before sending new starters, this is no longer true, and you may send me duo and trio starters at will. ~Grace
Hi Fleur :-) I received the trio starter set you sent, and I love them! They may be basic (which is GOOD!) but they certainly are not "rough." When I'm done adding to them I'll post a photo of all three and see who may want to be the 3rd party, or I'll just surprise someone.
Here's a finished duo jam that I started and sent to Linda French. She used heavy paper, string, and gold foil from Ferrero Rocher candies to make the beautiful leaf.
I also finished up a trio jam that William M started, with additions by Linda and myself. I was able to use some of the Braille-embossed paper that someone sent me, which was fun!
Thanks to you both!
that leaf is really cool. love how repurposed materials were used to make it. the finished jam came out so well!
This is the finished "Purple Trio Jam" started by Erin Young. Linda French added the little pockets in the middle of each one (I think) and I put the goodies inside the pockets. The hard part was re-folding the pockets--I never was any good at origami! Erin and Linda I'll be putting one of these in the mail to you ASAP!
Those are brilliant - I especially love the pockets. Nice work, ladies!
