Can you reconsider the size of the works?

25 x 25 is too big. A piece won't fit into an A4 envelope -- unless folded. And it's not easy to get bigger envelopes.

20 x 20, or 20 x 25 would make much more sense, and a standard A4 envelope could be used.

and the address we send it to is your postal address? Can I send a smaller envelope than 20cm by 20cm as the postage cost is quite a bit more. Thanks!
