Saddle Shoe - from Alicia Starr

When I picked up this package at the post office I first thought someone had sent me a slice of chocolate cake. I was almost disappointed that it wasn't the case, until I saw that it was Alicia's last. She painted a great saddle shoe on one of her... I really don't know the name of it, what is it called? I think she is making pairs, I wonder if there is another one of the saddle shoes somewhere in the mail and who got it? Thank you very much for this very special mail Alicia!

Marie, I haven't gotten one. Yet. :--}  Think it was Katerina. That IS a great photo of KDJ's shoes, and she took such great care of them. I'm extremely impressed, KDJ, and thanks for the photo.

DK, I don't know if have have been dreaming this, but I think she is sending them out in pairs. I vaguely remember Vizma got a red one, and she found the lost sole mate (Katerina or Nancy, I can't remember).

Do you think this means Alicia is sending them out in pairs? Each looking for its lost soul mate? Love all of these. I have no idea how she came up with this idea, but I received mine today to the amazement of our new postman.

The saddle shoe is a RIOT, I'm so glad you posted it. Alicia keeps outdoing herself with these lasts. They're fabulous, and from what I hear, she has only just begun.
